Mapping Data Spreadsheet

The current version of BrassicaDB contains a selection of genetic mapping data. Currenly this includes the scoring data for the B. oleracea mapping populations. This data is used to generate a spreadsheet to allow users to integrate their own mapping data (see BrassicaDB).

Run the map_data.pl script to generate a tab delimited file of the data. Load this file into MS Excel, set the column widths to fit the data and save as a MS Excel spreadsheet.

Note: currently the map positions used for the maps from which the integrated map is derived, are the positions on the integrated map.
